  3. We take it from there.Expect a decision on preliminary admission, pricing for your practice, and a payment link.

Curious about pricing?

Your annual participation fee is based on evaluations performed in the trailing twelve months. Half is due within 5 business days of admittance; the balance is paid in 12 equal monthly installments. Pick your best estimate:

Signing up by November 1st* will lock this Founding Member rate in for the next 2 years. Once CARE CIN has secured a favorable contract, prices are likely to increase by 3–10x. Lock in your savings now.

*After November 1st, this rate may still apply but will only be valid for a year.

Member practices are independently owned and remain independent competitors. Each sets its own prices and business terms independently. Membership in CARE is non-exclusive: practices remain free to participate in other networks and to contract with any payer independently, and may withdraw at any time. CARE does not direct the clinical decisions of member clinicians; clinical reasoning, patient safety practice, and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of the treating therapist and the member practice.
